Application System Administrators for implementation & operations support of Engineering Applications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & operations support of CAD design tools.
• Engineering License Servers setup, Administration & Utilization Monitoring
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues
• Technical support for Application License procurement.
• Engineering Application Access control management
• Create & Manage knowledgebase library, SOPs/Technical work practices for all setups, configurations & installations.
• Hosting of application on latest Cloud platforms
• Application Backup setup & monitoring
• Periodic training of the Level 1 team on Installations
• Periodic Application upgrade & patch management support
