Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

Educational Qualifications, Eligibility Criteria, and Work Experience Required for Operations Assistant M/F Jobs in Keolis:

Keolis Gascogne, a subsidiary of the Keolis group, manages regional transport in the Landes, Gers and Lot et Garonne regions on behalf of local authorities and works on behalf of local urban networks. This company has 90 employees and has a turnover of 6.1 million euros.

Ensure the planning of all scheduled services on a daily basis, with a view to controlling costs, optimizing resources, complying with regulations and ensuring fairness between drivers.

– Prepayment preparation (Valuation of schedules and BC)

– Ensures the follow-up of the statements and the prepayment by being the correspondent of the CSP payroll

– Verifies the statements before they are distributed to the drivers

– Respond to questions and comments from drivers on all payroll-related topics

– – Develop the provisional schedule of activity, with the objective of optimizing resources;

– Manage day-to-day contingencies (absences, schedule changes, vehicle breakdowns, etc.);

– Develop the allocation of vehicles in conjunction with the workshop service;

– Ensure compliance with transport regulations;

– Keep the various reports and dashboards up to date;

– – Provide driver information (changes to the schedule, information notes, etc.);

– Provide local management of drivers;

– Manage and plan annual leave;

– Ensure operational permanence;

– Occasionally carry out driving activities.

 

 

–           Diploma: Bac+2/3 in passenger transport or significant experience in passenger transport

Technical skills :

• Precise knowledge of passenger transport regulations
• Knowledge of the territory.
• Having a D license would be a plus.

– Behavioral skills: Autonomy, Reactivity, Initiative, Force of proposal, Rigor, Organization, Team spirit, Leadership, Directivity, Management of adversity.
