Job Description:

Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads.
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products.
Prepare technical and commercial quotes for scientific equipment, accessories, and consumables with paying attention to Technical specification and pricing strategies.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Follow up Online governmental portals for new RFQS, collect all the information and organize all new RFQS then present to sales team and management, then upload our quotes and follow up on them.

Preferred Background:
Scientific, Chemical, Biological, or Biomedical. Job Description:
One year of Experience is preferred
