Qualifications & Experience Requirement:
Educational Qualifications, Eligibility Criteria, and Work Experience Required for HR Coordinator Jobs in Open Home Properties:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– 2 years experience in UAE in operational & strategic HRM, preferably in real estate.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE Labor law
– Strong command over employee relations and EOSB
– Location: Abu Dhabi
Core Job Duties:
1. Responsible for coordinating the administration of all the company’s HR policies and procedures. This includes manpower planning, budgeting, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits, policy development, employee relations, internal communication, performance management, retention strategy, employer branding, general administration and overall legal compliance.
2. Direct the legality of all employees (i.e., work visas and renewals) working in collaboration with PRO, along with all HR relevant documentation.
3. Oversee the HR and Admin strategy and plan programs to support business developments and objectives
4. Responsible for maintaining high quality standards for implementation of overall Company policy and procedures
5. Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department including staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals
6. Direct and supervise recruitment and manpower levels
7. Manage office and space planning
8. Develop and recommend performance management and improvement systems
9. Manage employee payroll and administration of employee benefits
10. Coordinate with Accounts dept. for department’s budget management
11. Ensures all communication on HR and office matters are sent to all employees
12. Provide senior management with HR reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
13. Cultivate a standard organizational culture in view of the social norms and ethics that are in-line with local regulations.
15. Handle employee gradiences and meditation procedures within the company
16. Oversee the overall administration matters
17. Be updated with changes in the UAE labor laws and ensure all HR policies & procedures follow the same.
18. Responsible for departmental KPIs including Cost per Hire, Recruiting Conversion Rate,
Job Offer Acceptance Rate, Turnover Rate, Employee Satisfaction Score etc.
