GSK Jobs Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

Educational Qualifications, Eligibility Criteria, and Work Experience Required for HIV Brand Lead Jobs in GSK :

 

• Fully accountable for building and driving the brand strategy driven by concrete external customers insights while working closely with the above country teams to capture learnings, best practices, etc.…
• Drives the full implantation of the annual operational plans across the Gulf markets, plan for new launches, achievement of brand KPIs and enhancing the brand image
• Monitor product lead and lag performance on monthly basis and drive required actions with close collaboration with the Business Unit Manager
• Leading and delivering the multi-channel activity plan, creating & optimizing materials that are pivotal to product’s local market access & competitive differentiation, utilizing an evidence-based approach to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Implement the patient journey concept in the planning process, robust stakeholder mapping
• Support the cross functional team on best in class execution of the key account management model
• Establishing long lasting relationship with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members and other stakeholders to provide rapid, actionable insight to optimize performance and serve the growth ambition behind the product.
• Managing and controlling promotional A&P budget to ensure optimum profitability within budget limits and deliver enhanced ROI.
• Understanding of dynamic reimbursement and access structures and providing continuous solutions for patient access in close collaboration with medical and access teams.
• Leading the gathering, processing, and analysis of competitor intelligence in the relevant market and formulate GSK’s response to ensure a consistent competitive edge.
• Continuously monitor ViiV’s pricing strategies, competition dynamics

Accountability & Deliverables

• Full delivery of the annual brand plan objectives with maximum operational excellence
• Unique, quick, agile customer experiences to enhance product loyalty
• Work with BUM and Sales Team to understand the barriers being encountered on the ground and create ‘enablers’ that accelerate product performance according to the expectations.
• Consolidate metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis & review and make recommendations on the KPI/measurement framework for the portfolio to ensure useful and timely insight that is actionable and drives the business
• Ensure development of key dashboards (patient recruitment, consumption dynamics etc.) to track progress, highlight issues and provide solutions.
• Contribute to the forecast & supply of the product, ensuring close follow up with supply team and CTC team on timely delivery of quantities to meet patient demands.
• Ensuring effective adherence and implementation of governance processes and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA and/or advance marketing or science degree or equivalent
• This Brand Lead, HIV role is:
  • Based in Dubai – United Arab Emirates
  • Responsible for all Gulf countries in scope (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar)
  • Reporting directly into HIV/Benlysta Business Unit Manager.
  • Able to travel frequently for business purposes between different geographies
