Customer Service Agents
We are hiring Customer Service Agents for our client, large retail group.
This is a long term opportunity for candidates located in UAE.
Job Summary:
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills in Arabic or Russian.
The role will be for a duration of 12 months at leading malls across the Emirates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling the information desk and assisting customers with their queries.
- Answer calls received at the information desk
- Keep records of customer complaints and requests
- Handle customer complaints according to the departments process and procedures
- Cash handling according to the companies gift cards process and flow
- To issue wheelchairs and child wristbands
- To assist customers during E-coupon campaign
- Ensure all customers are treated in a friendly and professional manner
Work Hours: 9 shifts from 10am to 10PM (Week days), 10am to 12AM (Weekends, Super sales, DSF, Ramadan, DSS) with 1 hour break, 6 days a week
