Qualifications & Experience Requirement:
Educational Qualifications, Eligibility Criteria, and Work Experience Required for Account Manager Jobs in CSM :
Development and management of relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management

- Lead the relationships and management of internal stakeholders, suppliers
- Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients and internally within the team
- Create partnership activation plans
- Lead on development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management, own task tracking
- Support team in implementation of all aspects of the campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms
- KPI setting and campaign evaluation
- Evaluate incoming sponsorships and provide review documents to clients in timely manner
- Advise clients on best industry practice in line with existing strategy
- Create presentations for clients when required
- Lead client meetings when required

Since then I’ve worked closely with SEDRA foundation, a non-profit organisation that act as management consultants for public and private institutions, enabling and empowering People with Determination to join the workforce. They have worked thoroughly with CSM, and both parties gave me the opportunity to start an internship here. For the first six months, I worked as an intern in the Abu Dhabi office. After a few months in the office and helping the team with admin tasks I was very happy to hear that they had offered me a permanent job. Nowadays I work three days in the office and I am helping the team with different tasks or at events. I am really happy that CSM gave me this opportunity.”
