Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

• Oversee the daily operation of the Car Park.
• Duties are to be performed under the direction of the Car Park Manager
• Working hours may include Fridays and holidays.
• Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day (Day or Night).
• Train new Car Parking Attendants and Cashiers on the Car Park procedures and policies.
• Direct and supervise Car Park Attendants and Cashiers on the job.
• Supervise the procedures of the access control.
• Perform regular spot checks to evaluate job performance of staff. Counsels and initiates corrective action when required.
• Schedule staff hours and ensures proper staffing. Verifies and confirms time sheets records.
• Maintains various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the Car Park.
• Perform the daily money collection with Accountant and reconcile cash collection with the system generated report.
• Supervise the signage maintenance and supervise the traffic control in car park.
• Provides input based on needs and experience for the operational development.
• Insures compliance of the Car Park operating procedures and manuals.
• Keep abreast of terms and conditions of the Car Park.
• Prepares and submits reports include attendance, incident and accident reports, maintenance defaults, customer complaints, and if any special requests from the Manager.
• Promotes and creates a Customer Service Environment.
• Develop, suggest and implement the policies, procedures and guidelines for the traffic control in the car park
• Generate or implement a process of information between the traffic staff and security/ management in case of traffic blockage.
• Ensures that all equipment, materials, and work conditions are adequately maintained to prevent accidents.
• Provide a standard of service to create a positive image of Secure Parking services and a routine check of convenient use and understanding of all car park areas for Residents, Tenants, visitors, staff and users.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,200.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
