• THE ROLE: Senior Relationship Manager | Location: Dubai officeResearch – assignments

  Working with MD on active assignments

  Utilising CRM, LinkedIn tools and market mapping to highlight and approach candidates

  Approaching, Screening and briefing candidates

  Providing outlines of opportunities and screening for client’s requirements & organisation culture

  Re-targeting (based on internal and client feedback)

  Writing effective summaries to introduce CVs to hiring managers

  Managing status updates: interview feedback, action plans etc.

  Research – market mapping

  Market mapping (current employees & alumni of top-tier Consulting, Investment Banking and Advisory firms)

  Complete org charts for leading Investment funds in our key markets – Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia

  Prepare reports and periodically, presentations for clients

  Other

  Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining records on our CRM, regular conversations with contacts

  Market Intelligence: Conducting cyclical benchmarking research (e.g. industry salary surveys).

  REQUIREMENTS

  Qualifications

  Native / fluent English speaker, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

  1 year or more post-degree experience in a relevant commercial function such as Recruitment/Executive Search; or Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Market Research etc.

  Advantageous: experience with LinkedIn professional tools, Recruitment CRMs or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  Other competencies

  Energetic and proactive; able to work with minimal supervision

  Self-starter with good attention to detail.

  Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to relate sensitively to a diverse range of individuals and organisations

  Capable of managing multiple projects and working towards targets.

  Demonstrable interest in business and emerging markets; especially related to Finance and fast-growing companies
