Al Madina Agencies And Services Jobs Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

Educational Qualifications, Eligibility Criteria, and Work Experience Required for Inspection Coordinator Jobs in Al Madina Agencies And Services :

• Carry out inspections as per request from the Conformity Engineer.
• Perform inspections as per the given work instructions and checklist which is based on the country-specific requirements e.g., Verification of Conformity (VOC) Inspections.
• Identifying the risks involved in the place of inspections and the products being inspected.
• Follow country-specific regulations and standards.
• Carry out sampling as per the company/standard-specific sampling plan.
• Timeliness submission of inspection reports and photos to the back office.
• Provide, build and maintain excellent client relationships and ensure that all service standards are met.
• Act on behalf of the company, making full use of technical expertise when required.
• Identify any possible business opportunities and advise all appropriate business areas.
• Completes necessary procedures to satisfy certification requirements and indicates concurrence with acceptance or rejection decisions.
• Confers with importers/exporters and others regarding inspection results, recommends corrective actions, and compiles reports of results and recommendations.
• Maintain the highest level of quality control.
• Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications to meet standards.

Professional Skills:

• Prepare and distribute inspection reports in a professional manner within service standards.
• Plan and arrange all work-related activities in an effective, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintenance of all records related to the work assigned.
• Ensure to obtain client acknowledgment on inspection reports.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or Chemical.
• Good knowledge of ISO and International standards

Additional Requirement

• Valid local Driver’s Licenses
