Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

 

As an admin assistant you will work closely with the operations manager to provide administrative support, complete secretarial and administrative tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming emails and sometimes corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Deputising for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence
  • Being involved in decision-making processes.

Skills and Attributes

· Keen attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong communication skills

· Able to manage various stakeholders and senior managers

· Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets

· Is able to be trusted with confidential information.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

· Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
